Can I customize what I receive each week?

Yes — call us by Sunday 8pm to specify preferences or dietary needs. Otherwise we select based on your tier's dietary profile.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — give us 48 hours notice before your Sunday lock-in deadline and we'll pause for that week with no charge.

Are portions sized for one or two people?

Each "entrée portion" is one generous adult serving. Most subscribers in a couple choose the Family Table (8 portions).

How long do meals stay fresh?

All meals are delivered chilled with a 3–4 day refrigerator life. Many items also freeze well — ask us at delivery.
