Available Now items can be ordered online for pickup in as little as 2 hours during business hours, or during a later eligible pickup window.
If an item has sold out, it remains orderable as a 48hr Pre-Order while being prepared or restocked. Orders containing any 48hr Pre-Order item require 48 hours.
To pick up Available Now items sooner, place them as a separate order.
Delivery is available for orders of $200 or more. Orders under $500 include a $25 delivery fee; orders of $500 or more qualify for free delivery. Delivery requires advance scheduling and is not confirmed until our team contacts you.
If the order includes a 48hr Pre-Order item, the requested delivery date must also allow the full 48-hour preparation time.

Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Miramar Beach, Destin, Sandestin, Freeport, Inlet Beach, and Panama City Beach. Other nearby locations may be available with advance notice and an additional delivery fee.
All online orders are paid securely at checkout. For delivery orders, payment is collected at checkout, but the requested delivery date and time remain pending until confirmed by our team.
Pickup orders are held under proper cold storage for 48 hours after the scheduled pickup time. If the 48-hour deadline falls on Sunday or another closed day, the order will be held until the close of the next open business day. Orders not collected by that deadline may be donated or discarded and will not be refunded.

Because our meals are prepared and reserved per order, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout. If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or has a quality concern, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
