Because our meals are food products prepared, stocked, and reserved for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after checkout. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or has a quality or food-safety concern, contact hello@3pillarhealth.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. If we are unable to fulfill an item, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Pickup Order Hold Policy
Pickup orders are held under proper cold storage for 48 hours after the scheduled pickup time. If the 48-hour deadline falls on Sunday or another closed day, the order will be held until the close of the next open business day. Orders not collected by that deadline may be donated or discarded and will not be refunded.
To request a pickup change, contact hello@3pillarhealth.com before the deadline. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
